On March 18, 2007, Team CrossFit Eastside will be bounding up the stairs of the Columbia Center tower in downtown Seattle as part of our second year's participation in the Big Climb to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. We want you all to come out and play with us this time around. (Our friends from Rainier CrossFit in Puyallup, Mt. Baker CrossFit in Mt. Vernon, and CrossFit Westside in Vancouver, BC, will be there too.)
For registration information, links, and updates (plus more funny pictures of Cap'n James), check out the
CFES Big Climb page.
If warming the couch and watching a marathon of old
Jeffersons reruns sounds more appealing to you than movin’ on up via stairs, you can join us in spirit and still support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society by
pledging online.

Fundamental, functional, and fun.

Group dynamics drive camaraderie, teamwork, and accountability. CrossFit programming serves groups large and small with functionality, variance, and intensity.

"Strive to blur distinctions between 'cardio' and strength training.
Nature has no regard for this distinction."
